tool tip is not working in chrome and safari

    tooltip is showing at the bottom of the page.

    please give me some help to resolve it.

    i have resolve the issue, issue with theme its conflict with my theme responsive.css file.

    i dont know why only in one line there is conflict html, body { overflow-x: hidden;}
