tool icons and menu button

I’ve been using this theme for years, but it doesn’t seem to fix any bugs.

There is a bad configuration for the tool icons and menu button.

The problem: if you want to change the color of the tool icons, the color of the button text is changed, therefore you cannot customize the button because the tools using white color disappear.

The idea is that you separate that color function for both icon tools such as the menu button, that is why almost all websites appear without the button color background because it has a conflict when customizing.
