    The plugin has landlines in it. There was a particular setting about loopback which I flipped on and the site went down!! It is going into infinite redirects.

    enthu.com redirected you too many times.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    Not heard from support yet, its been 10+ hours now.

    We’re onto the weekend now. Site is still down. Day 2, no response from support! This is extremely bad. Especially as a paying customer for the Pro version.

    It seems the issue you’re experiencing with the infinite redirects is likely due to a misconfiguration related to SSL settings. Specifically, if you have enabled “Force SSL” on your site, this could be causing the loop.

    To resolve the issue, in Swift Performance please try disabling the “Force SSL” option if it’s currently active. This should stop the infinite redirects and allow you to regain access to the site.
