I was so so sorry to learn about your inability to pay for your rent due to the automatic renewal for the add-ons you purchased for Better Notifications for WP. As you know from the email I sent you, I refunded you immediately after I learned about this and have tried to explain and clarify a few of the issues you raised at the same time.
At this time, all new purchases are eligible for a refund within 14-days and beyond this, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time so that they don’t automatically renew after a year.
I do hope you found the free Better Notifications for WP plugin useful and continue to use it, and that the add-ons that you purchased were, and continue to be useful too.
I can’t imagine you’ll change your review based on your personal experience but if you feel I’ve gone even a small way to addressing your issue and you’ve found the plugins and add-ons that I’ve built over the past 10-years useful in any way, I do hope you’ll consider doing this.
