Too slow to add to cart

I think there is a plugin which does slow things (like connecting to external api) – each time when we rebuild the cart.

I made how you said. The strange thing is that I tested similar plugin and the time do add an item to cart is less then a half.

We disabled the “WC Tabela de Frete Offline” plugin and the speed of adding an item to the cart has become very fast.
