Too slow in my local installation

    Hi, for some reason after turn on the “Redis Object Cache”, my local installation in my machine, turns really slow. Each page (admin or not admin) loading take a minute.
    Is something related to the connection between my machine and the redis server using this plugin.
    In my Staging and Production eviromen runs well (fast).
    Any advice?

    I tend to use Blackfire to debug IO issues, because it shows if its the connection, Redis itself or something else.

    I presume you tried it with and without the object cache drop-in (not the plugin) and it’s slow only with it?

    Another thing to try is slowlog: https://redis.io/commands/slowlog
