Too short Topic Title Forum

Hello forum, plugin developers,
I have installed this forum and would like to know how you can extend the length of the Topic title. There are too few characters allowed and that does not look as nice in the overview of the topics from. Can be set somewhere?
For every tip I would be grateful !!
