too much problem with wordpress 4.4

  • This plugin is promising but I have too many problems with wordpress 4.4 like missing images after they have been renamed. Also, my server is constantly crashing when I try to update posts…and it is not a cheap hosting…
    I’m very disappointed with this plugin and the dev. does not handle very well the support even for pro users…

    (update) I’ve update my rating Jordy following your explanation and considering that now I have less problems than before. I still have some glitch but fewer than before. Also, I was a little rude on my rating as I experienced a lot of server crash and I was exhausted. As this plugin is very helpful, I hope you will maintain it and improve it to be even better and not depending of website configurations.

    Wow, one star. You know, I spend around 2-3 hours on trying to help you so basically I lost money with your case already ?? Also, the issues you had are specific to you and your install and I need to give priorities to users with issues really related to the plugin itself without external factors so this is why I do. My aim is to make the plugin perfect first and help the maximum number of users. If another user has a specific issue really to difficult to fix, I actually simply reimburse. I am not a robber. I am just trying my best. Not sure there is a better way to handle this.

    The plugin works perfectly on WordPress 4.4. Create a new clean install. Install the plugin. Try it ?? It definitely works. On a older website updated many times with so many images, plugins, and a specific theme, the plugin has to be tested first (I talk about it quite a lot in th plugin). So many things can happen. Renaming files and updating referencing is a very tricky job, the plugin handles all the normal cases but can’t possibly handle all the plugins and themes out there and they often use their own way of doing things.

    I am sorry you are disappointed.

    I keep multiple wordpress installs up to date and never experienced any problems with this plugin.
