Too much compressed webp

  • After the last WP update 5.8, webp images are too much compressed.
    I have been using webp files for two years.
    But now when the file is uploaded it is compressed again.
    The result is that the same webp file on the computer has better quality than on the website.
    How to turn off this feature?
    Instead of using wp_editor_set_quality filter, How to turn off this?
