    I would say that WordPress should really have a severity & categorization schema for plugin updates, but alas they do not – so everything from a typo in an obscure notification to a critical security patch has the same aggressive red notice and triggers the same WordFence alerts. This makes management rather tedious, especially when you have many sites that rely on a plugin that receives (very much appreciated) regular developer attention.

    In any case, I wonder if you might please limit the number of updates or save them for monthly release unless a critical issue is found?

    Or any other solution to this would be fine. Sorry I can’t think of one and I don’t mean to sound ungrateful at all. It’s just a lot of work testing+updating 20+ installations for minor issues that could wait just so that clients don’t think we’re neglecting their sites.
