Too many things don’t work; support is awful

  • The issues with this theme are numerous, and the author doesn’t care. The email address generates with invalid tags in front of it, making the email function useless. The footer gets chopped off. The slider glitches. Pages generate with links to images you never put there, even after fully customizing them. The list goes on. And any attempt to notify the developer of an issue with while using the free version (always test the free version before paying for an upgrade!!!) just results in them trying to sell you pro while ignoring the problems. The support forums are useless and resolve nothing. Do not waste your time with this theme. Use one of the thousands of similar themes that actually work instead.

    Hello @cnslsba,

    If you have any problem to setup free theme below are the steps to setup free theme but if you are having a problem with premium theme then please contact premium theme support forum. It is a free theme review.

    For Homepage Setup:
    ====================

    1. Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New, Create a new page and name it as “Home” then select the template “Custom Home Page” and publish it.

    2. Go to Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading, Select the option of Static Page, now select the page you created to be the homepage.

    For Header Section:
    ====================

    1. Go to Customizer >> Theme Settings >> Top Bar, add timings, phone text, phone number, email text, email address, button text & its url and publish it.

    2. Go to Customizer >> Theme Settings >> Social Icons, add social icon urls ang publish it.

    For Slider:
    ============

    1. Go to Dashboard >> Pages >> Add New, Create a new Page and name it, add the content, featured image (image size 1600px 582px) and publish the page. Repeat the same step for other slider pages.

    2. Go to Customizer >> Theme Settings >> Slider Settings, Click the checkbox of Show/Hide Slider and select the pages of slider that you have created.

    For About Section:
    ====================

    1. Go to Dashboard >> Posts >> Add New, Create a new Post and name it, set it’s featured image, add the content, and publish the page.

    3. Go to Customizer >> Theme Settings >> About Us, select the post that you have created and publish it.

    For Footer Section:
    ====================

    1. Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets, here you can add widgets to the footer widgets areas, which can be seen in the footer.

    For Copyright Text:
    ====================

    1. Go to Customizer >> Theme Settings >> Footer Text, add footer text here.

    Again, none of this resolves the items that our actually broken. Which you would know if you had actually responded to my request for support instead of just trying to make a sale.
