• After updating to 4.x.x, new checkout steps introduced, where billing info is added to the attendee info page. This is fraustrating. Because, user is entering Billing info on the attendee info collect page, and mobile number is not captured over there, on the checkoput page if billing info is turned off from the backend, then no other info like create password etc. If turn on billing info on checkout from eventin settings, then previously entered data is not auto populated here, then user is getting irritated, because three times user needs to enter the details.

    Also, most people purchase event ticket for themselves, so Billing name email phone should be same as attendee, why extra step to enter details twice/thrice?

    One more issue, if billing info is turned off on checkout page from eventin settings, then billing section is turned off for all other products, not only event products.

    Another issue is, order number on Eventin > Bookings list is not same as Woo > Orders. check this and fix. I am interested to purchase pro lifetime.

    Greetings, thanks for reaching out.

    1. We are considering auto-populating the data in the checkout fields.
    2. Our development team is currently working on adding phone number fields for both attendee and billing information. We’re also working on making the checkout fields more flexible. If multiple entries aren’t needed, enabling the bulk attendee option will auto-fill all fields (as shown in the attached screenshot).
    3. The checkout fields will only be overridden for event cart items, not for regular products. Currently, if both events and products are purchased together, this needs to be handled, but we will consult with our development team on this.
    4. We are focusing on our standalone order management system. Our system generates the initial order number, which is why our order numbers are different from WooCommerce’s. However, there is a connection between our order system and WooCommerce under the hood.

    How to enable bulk attendee option?

    If I disable attendee feature, will the user get event info with event link?

    Also, if I add custom link, 95 number is being added to the custom link in the suto generated email, when it is being sent to the users.
