Hi, I hope you can answer – we’re launching soon and even if I install an older verson I presume all the actions will still be there. So how do I bulk delete?

    Thx.

    Hi @jenzgaard,

Yes, the actions will remain when you downgrade the plugin version to 6.4.0, but no new ones would be created.
You could safely delete all the mollie_woocommerce_cancel_unpaid_orders in the wp_actionscheduler_actions table through your database administration.
A SQL query like this could help to clear all of them at once: https://gist.github.com/InpsydeNiklas/3858379ee7e5ab24801c60444f946a5e
But before running any SQL code, please always make a backup of your database.

Regarding the expiry feature functionality, it allows you to set a custom time frame for when you want unpaid orders to be canceled.
By default, WooCommerce only provides one setting that applies to all gateways while this feature gives you more control.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hi @jenzgaard & @pictibe,

The 6.6.0 update was released yesterday.
Unless the gateway expiry feature is enabled for any Mollie gateway, no more scheduled actions will be created with this version.
If you activate the gateway expiry feature, then a new action will be created every ten minutes if I recall correctly.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hi Niklas,
we make the update directly but we have 200.000 pending mollie canceled actions and via mysql-phpmyadmin i cant remove it.

Do you have a solution for it?

    Hi @pictibe,

Do you mean these actions were created after the 6.6 update? This is not supposed to happen, so we would like to look into it further.
Can you please send us a copy of your WooCommerce System report from here?

    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Hi Niklas,
no its the old actions which cant be processed in this amount because its to much and every minute comes new one.

An it settings on all mollie payment the function “Ablaufdatum für Zahlungen aktivieren” is deativated!

    Its very strange and buggy.

    I send a support request.

    Florian
