I wanted to try this plugin, tested version 11.1.75. While connecting to my Hubspot account I choose to login using password (not passkey) and enter my email/password in the popup for Hubspot login.

After this I get an error message saying that something went wrong during login.

Logging at the browser console I can see a lot of 429 errors (Too many requests).

At the same time, everyone using Hubspot (via app.hubspot.com) from the same IP gets trown out and cannot login again for about 15 minutes.

It like there is a rate limiter that kicks in and creates a temporary ban on our IP. I’ve tested this three times and the same problem each time.

Running wordpress using Docker om my local windows dev machine.

    What should I do?

Hi @macson thanks for your message
If your account has 2FA this is a known issue we are looking to solve with no existing workaround at this moment unfortunately

If your account does not have 2FA please let me know so we can start debugging your issue

    Hi!
The account has 2FA so that probably explains the issue. Its really bad that other browsers on the same network gets rate limited as well – you should consider putting this on high prio.

@macson Would you be able to send a HAR or Video record file of you trying to connect the plugin and send it to [email protected] linking this thread?
Currently I tried setting up 2FA using both Google Authenticatior and SMS and was able to connect without a problem using either Firefox or Chrome.
Best regards and thanks for your help
