too many redirects installing

Hello, im sorry if i make mistakes english is not my first language. I have installed wordpress many times.. and never had a problem.. except some sites got hacked, i installed in my site and then i installed a plugin that said better wp security or something. worked so well that it doesnt let me sign in .. so i decided delete all and install again .. i copied the files.. created my database.. set all privileges as always .. and then i went to my site .

Ityped the domain and obviosuly redirects me to install.php .. but then install.php never loads.. it says safari cant oppen this cause are too many rediretcs.. i tried deleting cookis other browsers etc etc but just kept happening.. i logged into my phpmyadmin.. i saw my database.

Theres another database there that i have no idea why is there and i cant delete it and i dont know if that causes troubles. but my database that i created for wordpress works fine.

so any idea what can i doo to fix?
