• Hi
    I’ve recently created my first website. It’s a multivendor website. I’m really happy with it, apart from one issue that I’m really struggling to resolve.

    I apologise in advance that I definitely am not as skilled as any of you guys, but obviously that’s why I’m here. I really need some help.

    I’m obviously using WordPress. I’m also using woocommerce and have been attempting to use Dokan. I need Dokan for the specific functions of paying the vendors directly (so that I don’t have all the money coming to me first) and it also enables me to set the %percentage fee I take per sale.

    When Dokan is not activated the website works great, but I don’t have the functions it provides.

    When I activate Dokan and log in as the host everything works awesomely. However, when anyone (vendor or customer) goes on the site and presses “My Account” from the menu, they get;

    This page isn’t working
    ********.com redirected you too many times

    I have tried changing the theme to twenty twenty.
    I have deactivated all plugins except woocommerce and dokan.

    I have been looking in forums and it’s suggested that it might be WordPress URL misconfiguration?
    Both my WordPress Address URL and my Site Address URL are the same, which I think is right?

    I also read that i may need to reset the .htaccess file. Is this something my host would be able to do, as I’m feeling out of my depth with it at this stage to be honest? I have a wordpress ecommerce managed plan with GoDaddy, but they’re saying it’s not an issue with the hosting.

    Or can anyone recommend another similar free multivendor plugin (compatible with woocommerce and wordpress) that I should use instead?

    I’m kind of hoping I’ve made some sort of simple noob mistake that someone can tell me about. I can’t be the only one struggling with this problem.

    Sorry again if my inexperience is infuriating.
