Hello. Just installed the plugin. Works great if a user is accessing the home page. However, if I attempt to connect to a page other than the home page prior to logging in, I get a ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error. Am I missing something here? I’d like to force login on any shortcuts to a different page on the site a user may have.

    Thank you.

Hi, thanks for using Force Login!

This sounds like it’s caused by a conflict with another plugin or your theme. I recommend you try the following steps to rule out a conflict with your other plugins or theme:

To test for a theme conflict:

    1. Activate default Twenty-Something theme
    2. Check to see if the issue still occurs
    3. If the issue does not occur after having activated the default “Twenty” theme, your theme is causing a conflict with Force Login.

To test for a plugin conflict:

    1. Deactivate ALL plugins
    2. Activate Force Login
    3. Check to see if the issue occurs

If the issue does not occur, one (or more) of your plugins is causing a conflict with Force Login.

To determine which plugin(s) is causing the conflict, follow these steps:

    1. Activate each plugin one by one
    2. Check to see if the issue occurs after each plugin is activated

Think I figured it out. It’s a plugin conflict on that particular page. The plugin has it’s own login page (It’s a service ticket plugin) which appears to be canceling each other out. It is working on all pages except that one. Thank you for the very prompt response!

Excellent, I’m glad you figured it out!

Be sure to rate and review my plugin to let others know how you like it.

    Thanks for using Force Login!
