too many redirects

I had a page with original url. I changed the url structure by assigning a parent.

And then I changed the url back to the original url because I didn’t like the page belongs to other page.

Now what’s happening is that the url is keep redirecting from

orginal url => url with parent folder => orginal url => url with parent folder => orginal url => 19 times, and it returned “Too Many Redirects”

How do I fix this issue?
