    Hello,

I moved my server site and made all changes that were committed in the database on the website url.

But how do I activate the plugin website stops working and is in ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error, since deactivated all plugins and only left the NextGen and the problem continues, so when I turn off the problem for NextGen.

You can help me with this problem?

    Thanks

@tvieira – Please try our external Reset Tool plugin here: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip

To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

    Thanks!

    – Cais.

@tvieira – The Reset Tool should have sorted out any internal routing paths that may have been affected by the move but I cannot tell what, or how, any of your changes you made directly to the database may have affected things on your site.

You might consider, moving the site again but instead of editing the database use the Reset Tool first.

    Thanks!

same problem for me, if I enable your beautiful plugin I got the too many redirect error and it doesn’t work.
If I disable it all works as expected.
Reset setting through your special feature doesn’t solve my problem, nor change permalink settings.
    Any other suggestion?
    Thank you
