Too Many Redirects

We have had this problem with Ultimate Member all along and we don’t know why. Once logged in, if I visit a page, leave and go to another page, then go back to the first page, I get a ERR_Too_Many_Redirects message and am shortly sent back to the Members home page without reloading or to the login page where I can not ever go back to the first page without shutting down my web browser. Thoughts on a solution?
