Too Many Redirects when Profile Page isn’t Created

    Hi,

    Thanks for this awesome plugin.

    Use case and steps:

    1. I’m not intended to use the Profile page.
    2. So I saved the Profile page from the admin as a draft.
    3. From Plugin Settings -> General -> Page Settings, the User Profile Page dropdown has no page selected.
    4. I wish to let the author page work in the usual WordPress way like showing posts from the specific author using the default template provided by the theme.
    5. Theme used: TwentyTwenty default theme.

    However, in that case whenever I try to access the author page:
    https://www.website.com/author/someuser/

    The browser shows:

    This page isn’t working
    https://www.website.com redirected you too many times.
    Try clearing your cookies.
    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    How to fix this issue?
