    Hello,

I’m trying to push reviews from https://www.cusrev.com. It doesn’t work (of course if I post here ?? )In the diagnostics tab, I have error “The plugin will not be able to receive reviews because REST API is disabled. Additional information can be found in this support article. Error message: Too many redirects”, but not always (sometimes, rarely, it works). Is there a way to force. From https://www.cusrev.com I have error “error”: “Error: read ECONNRESET”.
Is there a way to force all call to REST API in SSL (I think that perhaps there are calls to http requests inside my website, but I don’t know, I’ve tried to disable all redirections but it still not work). Thanks for your help.
    Regards,
    Aurélien

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

Can you please send a system report for your site? You can generate a system report in WordPress admin area by going to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system report.

It is a free WordPress support forum. Unfortunately, it doesn’t provide functionality of private messages.

    Hello,

You want to know if REST API is well enabled. Yes it is. I think the issue is with cloudflare. If I disable Cloudflare, the review from your server is well integrated. If I enable cloudflare, I have the error above. I have authorized your server IP in cloudflare firewall.
Does your call to the API accept redirection ?
I activated all debug paramter in wp-config and there is no error.

    Thanks for providing additional information.

If everything works after you disable Cloudflare, then there is no need in further troubleshooting because the problem is already clear.

No, review forms do not follow redirection when transmitting reviews to WooCommerce.

It is possible to use Cloudflare and review forms at the same time. However, you should configure an exception rule in Cloudflare to make sure that it doesn’t block review forms from posting reviews to your site. Please see this support article for further details: Errors When Posting Reviews to WordPress.

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If this is not the case, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

    Hello,

The problem came from my host which made a 307 redirection for outcoming flow. Thanks for your help.

    Aurélien
