Too many problems to be of use

I have not been happy with your plugin. I had problems using it, it’s obtrusive behavior with interfering with email addresses was very annoying. Plus the utterly puzzling message at the start of calling up a URL: ?wait, while this site is being checked for malicious content? or whatever. It drove people away from the site, giving it a feel of having been hacked instead of the opposite: a paid-for service that should ensure everything is kosher. Cleantalk’s support reply was usually: you could deactivate feature X. Well, why would I pay for dysfunctional features that keep my clients’ clients away from visiting their site? The opposite of what I was promised.
A pity, but it was an utter waste of nerves, time, and money. You know, when I pay for a service like that I do NOT want to file error reports to support on www.remarpro.com to help you iron out kinks in your software. You should pay clients for testing your software, not vice versa.
