Has the “Too Many Order Attempts” setting, as seen in your video at 2:25, been fixed in this updated version? Because it hasn’t worked for a long time and many versions (free and premium).

Credit card testing attacks from the same IP/Email happen and the credit card processor bills us $0.30 for every failure or success. So when some criminal buys 10,000 credit card numbers on the dark web, they try to test with low value transactions on our site. For 100 failed order attempts, that costs us $30, for 1,000 it’s $300 and for the full 10,000 it’s $3,000.00 USD. This is a lot of money for us and this plugin hasn’t prevented these even though we have set 1 order attempt per 24 hours.

    Hello Captaincrank,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Once the order is placed, please make sure that the order status matches your configured settings.

These plugins are working fine with the settings, but might your settings not meet your needs or require some improvements in the settings.

    Best Regards,
    Hitendra & Dotstore Team
