too many menus on my page…

I have one menu that I created but then I have a menu that is self generating and it is the self generating menu that I want to do away with but it is not showing up anywhere that I am looking for it, ie: menu section of the dashboard. I figure I am going to have to go in and edit some code somewhere. Here is the link to my site so that you can see what I am talking about. It is the upper menu that I am wanting to get rid of as it would get very long if I listed every house that a realtor was selling.
