• I am experiencing several issues on my WordPress website and need assistance resolving them:

    1. Cart Page Not Loading Initially
      • When users click on the cart icon, the page keeps loading but does not display anything—not even the “Empty Cart” message.
      • However, after adding or removing items, the cart starts working properly.
      • This issue persists across different browsers and devices.
    2. Email Input Error During Sign-Up
      • When users try to enter their email during sign-up, an error message appears saying, “Please enter email,” even when a valid email has been entered.
      • I would like to fix this so that users can sign up without unnecessary errors.
    3. Date Field Display Issue on Mobile
      • The date input field appears correctly on desktop but looks empty on mobile devices.
      • It seems like the value is not displaying properly, though it is functional on larger screens.

Could you please assist me in identifying and fixing these issues? Let me know if you need any additional details.

    Thank you for your support!

    Hi there!

I have tried to replicate the first issue regarding the cart spinning and not showing the “Empty cart” message, and I can confirm that I was able to replicate the issue on my end as well. However, I checked the browser console for any errors but did not find any error messages.

Regarding the signup issue, could you please try clearing your site cache and browser cache, then attempt to enter your email address again?

For the data field issue, could you please share a screenshot to show which data field you are referring to?

Regarding all three issues, it seems like a plugin conflict or theme-related issue. For testing, could you please create a staging site, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, and activate a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Five to see if the issue persists?

If you still face the same issue, please share the staging site URL along with the following details:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Thank you for your response.

    • Regarding the date field issue in the checkout, I noticed that the problem only occurs on mobile devices, while it appears correctly on desktop.
    • As for the signup error message, when a user tries to register with an already registered email, the current error message on mobile suggests that an email is required instead of indicating that the email is already registered. I would like to update the error message to make it clearer.

Could you please guide me on how to modify this error message?

    Looking forward to your support.

Hi there!Regarding the Date Field Issue:

I have checked the date field, and it appears fine on my end, as shown in this video: ScreenPal Link. I’m not seeing any issues on my mobile.

Could you please share a screenshot of how the date field appears on your mobile? Also, let us know which mobile device you are using and where you’re experiencing the issue. Additionally, I suggest ensuring you are using the latest browser version and trying to clear your browser cache.

    Regarding the Signup Message:

Could you let us know which registration method or plugin you’re using for signups? I tried registering with the same email address on my site’s My Account page, and I received a message stating that an account has already been created with this email and to try another one.

Once we have more information, we’ll be happy to assist you further!

    Hi there!

I tried to replicate the issue on my mobile and noticed that the state field appears empty the first time. However, after that, I was unable to reproduce the issue.

I tried again, and I’m still unable to replicate the issue on your site, as shown in this screenshot:
    https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTnZ1lnh9bm

It seems like a caching issue. For testing purposes, could you please clear your browser cache and site cache? Also, if you have any caching plugins activated on your site, try deactivating them and see if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

    Hi @heba0907,

There could be several reasons for this issue, including a possible browser-related problem. To rule that out, please try accessing the site in incognito mode and share a screenshot. Also, test it on different browsers like Firefox, Chrome, and Opera Mini, and provide screenshots of the results.

Additionally, understanding your site’s setup would be helpful. I noticed that @shahzeenfarooq previously requested your system status report, but it seems that message was missed. Could you please share your system status report using https://pastebin.com? You can find it by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Get report > Copy for support.
