• I encountered more issues with this plugin than the one I was trying to solve with it. I contacted customer service requesting a refund, and I got the run around. I will file a chargeback with my bank if they don’t give me my money back.

    For the refund case, we have been following a process where we try to solve the issue if any issues encounter for our plugin. But if we are unable to provide any solution, we proceed to the refund phase.

    In the support ticket, we have provided you with a solution but we haven’t got any update from you. If that solution is not working please let us know, We will take a closer look at the issue.
