Too many entries visible + no title to entry/post visible

Only seeing links to view, edit and post link. Which work as intended. But not seeing the titles of the entries. The form i’m using this plugin for submits posts.
Also, I’m seeing many more entries than I have published. I only have 7 published posts submitted from the form.
