• Hello,

I’m very grateful for this plugin, I installed in a few weeks ago.
But ever since, I have accumulated for than 5000 elements. I don’t know what to do with that. And I wonder what it will become in a year, 2 years…

Even if your plugin is light weight… I’m scared that somehow it will become a burden to my website.

Could you suggest me anything to help me out ?
    Thanks a lot in advance.

    Regards,
    Nicolas

    Hi @capsogusto,

Those are the real 404 errors on your website. Please have a close look at them and see if you can fix them (at least some on them).

Do not worry about the error log entries. You can always delete them from the listing page.

So you mean that if I delete them from the listing page:
    – the redirection will still be active ?
    – or those entries can come back again as “new error” ?

    Thanks

    • If you delete the error log, the corresponding redirect will be deleted too.
    • Yes, if you do not fix those errors, it may come back.
    • We have a new version of this plugin coming soon. In the new version, custom redirects will not be deleted when you delete error logs.

    Hello,

Ok, I’ll wait for the new plugin.

But I have a main problem about 404 errors URLs that do not stop coming back (Even if I already made a redirection on it…).
For all my old URLs (I recently had to transfer my website from Prestashop to WP), when a new person click on it, a new line is thus created. That’s why I’ve cumulated more that 5000 elements in a few weeks.

As you say the best way is to fix them, but don’t know how. Could you suggest me any solution ?

Btw, is there a way to register in a newsletter to be informed about the release of your new plugin ?

Thanks in advance for your help.
    Regards,
    Nicolas
