The plug in was working for me, but I discovered if you have more than a few items in the filter that have SKU contains it is overwhelming the maximum number of database connections I have (20), and appears to have runaway resource allocations. This ends up causing my website unusable (as in I can no longer even log in).

I cannot enable the plugin to change my filter settings because as soon as I enable the plugin it maxes the database connections.

Is there a file I can edit that has the filters so I can delete them?

Is there a way to set the maximum number of database connections?

    Hi,

We have assumed you have tried to deactivate our plugin from your cPanel. If not, here’s a possible workaround to try:

    1. Utilize FTP to rename our plugin directory, which will effectively deactivate the plugin.
    2. Allow approximately 30 minutes, then rename the plugin directory back to its original name, typically “best-woocommerce-feed.”

If you’ve already attempted these steps or the issue still persists, I strongly recommend contacting our support channel for direct assistance and further troubleshooting?here.

So there isn’t a file I can edit to disable the filter or stop it from generating the feed? If it tries to do the queries I have to spend many hours with tech support to get the database connections closed because the connections get maxed out.

If there is a value in a table that can be changed, I could do that also. I want to make sure that there is no way the query can be run prior to changing the product filter

I was able to resolve the issue myself, in the wph5_postmeta table you need to modify the entry with the key _rex_feed_feed_config_filter

    Hi,

It’s great news that you managed to resolve the issue independently!

Just a heads up, we generally advise against direct modifications in the database as they can occasionally lead to unexpected errors or complications. In public forums like this, I tend to avoid sharing specific database changes to prevent confusion or potential issues for other users.

If you encounter more challenges or need further assistance, feel free to reach out anytime!

    Best Regards,
