We are trying to change the layout of this data table that currently has 5 columns. When I switch for an easier to navigate 12 column table, using the same amount of inventory, the page crashes with a 503 error. Are there limitations to the amount of cells/column/rows etc that this plugin can render? Our csv file is about 5.3megs whether it is the simple 5 column showing now or the 12 column that crashes here https://sonicoinc.com/capabilities-test. Is there a difference that may be freeware vs premium?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello there!

    Sorry for the late response!

When it comes to tables linked to an existing data source, there’s no difference between the Lite and the Full version. However, this format will work only up to a certain limit (no exact limit, but 3.000 – 5.000 cells is a good example). If you have a larger file, the page load time will increase.

We’re surprised to see that the table on this link works fine, to be honest. It just shows that you have a really good server and a good hosting plan.

Can you please send us both files so we can check them out on a local server? We believe that the issue is coming from the additional column count.

You can send the files to [email protected] if they contain sensitive info and you don’t want that shared with the public.

    Kind regards.
