Too many “buy the pro version” nags, plus broken functionality

First there were too many ads showing up in the interface, for my taste, then I found it wouldn’t optimize on upload, as they claimed it could, and finally they drove me nuts with constant nag screens to buy the “pro version”, turning up all over the back end. It’s really a shame because I would have bought it, if only it had done what they claimed, and they hadn’t treated it like a billboard pestering me to buy the pro version, especially when the free version wasn’t working for me. When will software developers learn that people buy products for reasons like — it does a first class job, and it’s reliable — not because they nagged me into buying it!
