• Many nice features that do much more than other plugins.
    But, sometime more is too much.
    The plugin is very clustered with too many options, that is why it also has many bugs.
    I would recommend The Plus to stop creating new features (85 is more than enough).
    Instead, concentrate on simplifying and perfecting the existing features.

    Bugs : Most common reason for any plugin’s bugs in WordPress Ecosystem is 3rd party plugin, theme or any custom CSS conflict. There must be similar reason for those bugs. Either we have tested multiple ways and already we are having thousands of users using this plugin. Have you submitted ticket with you bug or would you mind sharing ticket with us? We will dive deeper and surely resolve issues for you.

    More Options : Sorry to know more options making it complex for you. We have build some widgets/features for advanced users with complex needs and we can totally understand it can be difficult sometimes for moderate or beginner users. But, We are working on one system where you can simply enable “Beginner Friendly – Moderate – Advanced” mode from settings and things will be seen accordingly.

    Refund : We have most friendly refund policy in WordPress Ecosystem of 60 days. We even process refund on renewals as well. If you buy any product of POSIMYTH, We are having more than 5 products https://posimyth.com/our-products/ and all of them covered under our most friendly refund policy. You might got delay in response due to weekend. We are assure you, You will get full refund soon or may be you already got response. FYI : You may ask for refund at https://store.posimyth.com/helpdesk/ and if you do not want to answer anything and directly go with refund, just type “Do not ask me any question and I want to go straight to refund as per your 60 days refund policy.” and you are good to go. On alternate way, We always try to help as 99% of such bug related refund request resolved just looking at their site.

    I must add here that, Never worry on refund policy ever. As our support team mentioned, we are having most friendly refund policy and you can opt for that anytime even if your renewals are charged. I personally take all responsibility for all those refunds.

    We got your ticket (#11655) on helpdesk and we found, That refund was delayed because you haven’t responded to us. We had asked some questions there and may be you missed that email. We were waiting for your response and so no other steps have been taken.
