Too many backups in uploads folder

  • 2 of my sites have this issue in which wp-content/uploads/ithemes-security/backups folders are full of database backups which are generated every 3-5 minutes.
    Backup settings i have kept is:
    Email only,
    Backups to Retain 0,
    Compress Backup Files yes
    Schedule Database Backups yes Enable Scheduled Database Backups
    Backup Interval 1 Days

    But both my sites are generating so many backups that my hosting account storage space is getting exhausted.
    please help regarding this issue.
