    Hi there.

    How do I limit how many Abandonded Cart Emails are sent?

    I did a test and there is one being sent every day after a Customer Abandons a Cart. I want to send ONLY 1.

    I am sorry for the delay in response. As we were on the leave yesterday due to Independence day.

    Can you please confirm that you are getting emails in every day for the same abandoned cart? It would be great if you can explain your query with example. It would help me to understand the issue in better way.

    Can you please share with us screenshot of Email Template page?

    Hi Chetna,

    After I did my “ABANDON CART TEST” I received the same email, 4 times in 1 week [every 2 days].

    The 1st email was sent out 6 hours after I abandoned cart, & not one hour like I asked.

    I would like to send 2 abandoned cart emails ONLY to the customer.

    The EMAIL TEMPLATE PAGE is set to send after “1 hour after abandonment”

    Thank you for explaining your issue.

    Can you please let me know you are facing the same issue for logged-in user or guest user?

    Once you have received first reminder email then can you kindly let me know you had accessed cart page link from the email notification and then again leave the site?

    I have abandoned a cart on your website as a guest user for the testing purpose at 6:05 PM IST and let you know about abandoned cart reminder email once I will receive it.

    Hi Chetna,

    1) YES. Same issue for logged-in user and guest user.
    2) NO. User has not accessed cart page link from email notification.

    I want the user to receive 2 abandoned cart emails after they abandon their cart and leave it at that. I don’t want to bother my potential client.
