It does work. You need to go to the plugin developer’s website for stats.

    Please login to your account to see all the information that’s captured. The process is fairly simple as explained in the steps within the plugin menu:
    1. Install the provided visitor tracker code
    2. Login to your TraceMyIP.org account within the wordpress by clicking on TraceMyIP / Reports. Once logged in, click on your project’s name to access all the information instantly in real time.
