Too complicated – there are better solutions

  • Watch out: They are confusing a money-back guarantee with a refund policies for a warranty claim – You can only complain about the product if it’s not fully functional. Well, it might be, but it’s way too complicated to set up, and if you don’t run an English version of a site, then overall, it’s very cumbersome and useless. I have spent several hours with setting up and found a better plugin in the end, which in the full version is in a similar price range and works way easier: It′s called “Event Tickets with Ticket Scanner for WooCommerce”

    So before you also waste money hoping to get it back if you don’t like the plugin because of their marketing trap, you’d better take a look at the other plugin first.
