Too complicated

This plugin is more complicated than I bargained for. There is no real user’s guide for the functions and settings. Whenever you have a question there is no way of looking it up. You have to fill in a support form and then you can not hit reply if you don’t understand the answer. You have to fill in the support form again. For example I can not get my images to look clear in the carousel modes and if I knew the image size specs I could size my originals accordingly. There does not seem to be much information on the lightbox styles and their features, navigation, getting the image to fit the window, etc. The free version looked and worked great although with limitations, the pro version is very cantankerous!
