Too buggy

    Hello,

    I have used this plugin with the hope to build a strong ticket system for my company. After days trying to make it work, I have given up and opted for another solution.

    I wasn’t able to make the plugin integrating smoothly with my theme. Then the ajax features don’t work. I always got JS errors.

    I was hoping to get support from the developper but looks like he is too busy to answer.

    Hi laura,

    This plugin is 100% ajax working which means it won’t work with single JS or PHP error. So we had to 100 times make sure that there is no error in execution.

    I hardly miss any support request but if I missed it, please accept my appology!

    Probably your theme or any other active plugin giving these JS errors.
