Too buggish, useless support even for a paid Pro version!

QuadMenu is NOT recommended!
Pros (5):
+ Stylish looking!
+ Best styling possibilities with many animations for an items/sub-items/icons/badges separately!
+ Very nice cart and login-profile widgets!
+ Controls logo thus can replace default header.
+ Fast and easy setup at dashboard (thanks to a ReduxFramework components).Cons (13):
– Based on an integrated parts of a ReduxFramework – which is a some kind of cheat-quickie. Also possible it can cause a conflicts with other plugins based on a ReduxFw (already see such situations at other plugins).
– Vertical menu based on accordion style and can’t fly out any menu items, just show them at one column! For a mega content vertical menu is useless.
– Logo place does not have a flexible settings, menu+logo can’t be placed at center together, logo can’t be placed at center with half menu items at left and half at right, etc.
– Even with a special “theme QuadMenu integration plugin addon” – all unneeded theme parts as second logo, heade menu, mobile menu, etc – are stay at their places and force to use “display:none” custom CSS.
– Menu with theme integration works not ideal and on a heavy pages cause visible next content jumping on a page loading – because content main layout loads faster then menu and when menu fully loads – it extend space for itself at top of page thus cause next content to move lower – which looks crookedly as content jumping.
– Login widget does not have social login and it cannot be added anyway.
– Login widget have a problem with adding a dynamic links to users profile pages – links follow to an admin profile who add those links to a menu, not to a current user profile!
– Login widget does not show avatar at MozillaFirefox!
– Cart widget does not show “cart is empty” at all browsers, just a blank white square!
– When menu becomes 2-lines (at smaller screens or with setting “logo at center above menu items”) – on mouse hover underline effect are jumping
– Support David don’t answer to a 70% of questions, skip&ignores problems even for a paid Pro version!
– At support tickets “more then 10 messages loading” function does not work!
– I even can’t create a new ticket – on clicking on a “Submit ticket” nothing happens!!!On a first look it’s a best classic-horizontal simple+functional+stylish megamenu but with a such many bugs and so useless&ignoring&buggish support – that using of a QuadMenu is just near to impossible!!!
2020/06/01, menu version: 2.0.3.
I tired of this crap. Make a refund.
