Love the plugin but having a problem with some existing wordpress/woocommerce customers being blocked from logging in. In order to reduce this problem, I’ve added the following to the “Allow Lists” page / “Personalized Allow Lists” text entry box:
    *@gmail.com
    *@yahoo.com
    *@hotmail.com

but even this will block some valid/already registered gmail email users. Is it misconfigured in some way? Am I using the wild cards correctly? Can existing users be whitelisted?

  • It’s a WooCommerce thing.

Go to Stop Spammers > Protection Options > Toggle on the option for “Only Use the Plugin for Standard WordPress Forms” > Save.
