  • Hi, Easy WP SMTP can’t stop spam because it doesn’t actually send the email from your site. When the email function is invoked on your server (by any plugin or script) it overrides some options associated with how the email will be sent via filter (e.g. port, smtp server, from email, from email name). The rest of the mailing process occurs as if Easy WP SMTP is not installed.
