Thanks for taking the time to submit a review — we’ve been slow to respond because we are short-staffed to keep up with all activity in the community but we do care about difficulties you are having and we’ll try our best to resolve the issues you’ve had.
Since the version that was available when your review was submitted (v2.10), there have been a lot of updates. I’m curious if any of them have made your experience with the plugin better or if you were ever able to get the duplicate images issue resolved in order to get approved?

Clicking that link will show two textareas: “Source Markup” and “Transformed Markup”. If you could provide both, it would be helpful.
