Tomorrow agenda not working

    Hi Support team

    I’ve some issues with the reminder function.
    The goal is to send an agenda (confirmed seats) to the service admins.

    So based on your docu I’ve changed the e-mail settings as follows:

    1. Checked the option “Send admin reminders”
    2. The subject of the mail to the admin has been defined
    3. The admin message has been created – incl. #tommorrow_agenda placeholder
    4. Set daily reminder time

    so far I don’t receive any mail resp. I can’t find an option to set a time to send the reminder.

    Hi,

    Please, try to set the Time of a daily reminder with a time that has not yet arrived and wait for this time.

    Also, please consider the following: all scheduled events in WordPress are triggered when there are visits on any page of your website. In other words, if there is no traffic on the website, no events are triggered on time.

    If nothing of this helps, please send a screenshot of the Email notifications tab to [email protected].

    Thanks a lot for the support – just for all other board users:
    the conclusion was that there is a potential bug that email was not sent to the email defined in the option “Send copies of service emails”. Affected Version is 3.8.34. However, the mail was sent to the defined e-mail addresses in the services section – so only the admin part is affected.
