Token not saved

    Hi,

    I want to connect the IDT to WooCommerce on my shop.
    I created a token in the IDT dashboard, but it looks like the token isn’t saved.
    After a while al the generated token are gone.

    How can I correctly generate a token to use with WooCommerce?

    Hi Geert,

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. After generating a token from your IDT dashboard, please paste it into the “Connect code” input field. This input field can be found in the IDT plugin settings of your wp-admin.

    If the field/token disappear after saving your settings, that means your connection has been successfully established. Please let us know if this helps!
