    Thanks for your reply.

What i mean is, that when i click on a filter name, it should expand and show his options. By default these options should be closed. At the moment i am using the free version but i will purchase your plugin soon.

    Description what i mean: https://ibb.co/DzKdmhj
Sadly page is not public at the moment

    Thank You. Best Regards

    Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing the very same issue described by @ptrkx. It was working just a couple of days ago; could it be something related to the latest WordPress/WooCommerce major updates? As the filters seem to work fine, but the toggle functionality is not, I suspect the problem is simply related to the loading of some JavaScript file (on click, the function that is being fired is void(0)). The “Reset” button also stopped working.

Many thanks in advance for your support.

    Best regards

    Hello @ptrkx

Ok! Please check browser console (F12) Perhaps this is a JS error

    Hello @pauty

Please drop me exact link to the issue

    Many thanks for your reply.

Here is the page (you will be prompted to select a country, any will do):

    The page

You will see that for one attribute I’m not using the toggle functionality, and all is working well (therefore I think the filter itself works). One toggle is open by default, and again the filter works just fine. But closed toggles won’t open, nor will opened toggles close. From what I can see, no useful info/error is thrown in Javascript console. I’m using the [woof] and [woof_products] shortcodes.

EDIT: As I see many topics in which the problem seems to be related to JS optimizations, I haven’t installed any plugins of this kind.

    Best regards

Here is a screenshot of the developer console. There are no javascript errors.
    Only javascript: void(0); appears

    My Woof Settings are:
    Structure
    Show title label: Yes
Show toggle button: Yes as closed
    Options
Hide childs in checkboxes and radio: Yes

Do you have an idea whats the probleme here

    Thank You

Updating to 1.2.4.2 solved both toggle and reset button problems for me.

Many thanks for your support and for the fast fix.
