Toggle to temporarily hide / show the wp-admin toolbar

Hi,

The WP=admin toolbar is super useful. However, sometimes it is required to temporarily hide the toolbar to test out layout, especially at the top of the page. Therefore, it would be a very neat to have a toggle which can temporarily show / hide the toolbar. While this can be achieved via the profile, it is a little onerous to do it that way – and it is also not a temporary solution.
