Toggle is broken on Content Switcher

  • Hello,

    I am having a pretty significant bug that is present on one live page on our site, as well as another that is being built.

    I am using the content switcher to be able to showcase different aspects of one of our agencies offerings. Encased in one of these content blocks is a page section that I built out that has toggle widgets which reveal different bits of related content.

    The bug I am running into is that they automatically close themselves and will not remain open. This issue has surfaced within the past 1-2 weeks and has not stemmed from anything specific.

    WordPress is updated, all themes and plugins were updated as of yesterday, and the issue still persists.

    If there is any input or troubleshooting help that can be provided that would be incredible. Thanks in advance!

    Hi @kleinvive ,
    As I visited the link you provided. It seems it is working fine. I clicked on every individual content and stayed for a few minutes. It didn’t close automatically.

    @hardiksharma I think I didn’t explain correctly. Under the “Candidate & Employee Communications” tab there are multiple toggles that dropdown to reveal more content after clicking on the icons.

    These are what I’m referring to. These definitely continue to close as I have tested around multiple devices as well as multiple individuals and their respective devices on my internal team. Let me know if you can get around to looking into this.

    Hi @kleinvive,
    We have found that this is a bug in our widget. It has been reported to the developer team. This bug will be resolved in an upcoming release.

    @hardiksharma It’s been a week and the update still isn’t out. When can I actually expect it to release?
