Toggle Icon Color

On mobile, the toggle icon in the upper right corner says its black in the settings. On the main page it is still white, but if you click to “places to stay”, “things to do”, “getting around” and “FAQs” it shows up as black.

I want the main page to show up black as the rest of the pages.

Can anyone help me fix this? In the settings it says its black but it’s not. See blow for pictures
