Toggle Buttons Not Showing Up Under The Settings Page

I with Chrome i can see the option i enable but the image is only display went i open the post link.

This option that you have enabled was made to attend themes that didn’t show featured image on the post content. When you enable that, an external image is shown before the post content. So it solved the issue for some people. But the most of the themes doesn’t need it enabled.

I think your theme is nonstandard. But I need to see the code. Could you send me that by email, please?

Version 1.2 released. The bug was fixed and now all toggles are shown in admin menu for Firefox browser.
